Emulsifying bitumen whole factory plan
The emulsification bitumen is liquid state under normal air pressure and could be mix round, insufflation. Compared with heat bitumen, it has advantages such as: low material needing, environment friendly and well colligation benefit. Betterment emulsification bitumen is the products betterment process of bitumen or emulsify it, so that it has more well rend wear capabilities.

The high-shear emulsifier absorbs material in double directions, non recycle dead-corner, excellent efficiency, mix the additives and bitumen adequately so that it gets the superfine result. The rotator-stator of emulsifier is process in CNC master programmable high precision machine tool which introduce from American & Japan. Check machine are: project, 3-coordinate scale, digital show height meter, so the emulsification effect is very good b and the products quality is stable. Inline type emulsifier: material suffers near million times high-shear in the high speed rotate of multi-layer rotator-stator, so the liquid and particle mix and superfine quickly. The equipment in our company applied well in bitumen field because of its high emulsification, high shear and high mixing quality. |
